大型精密控制井式渗碳炉设计制造的关键是炉温及碳势的精确控制和温度均匀性、碳势均匀性要求、工艺过程在线动态控制、炉内结构件的热变形问题、设备的安全可靠运行等，针对上述内容我们进行了慎密的开发和研制，通过试验和实际生产取得很好的试验结果和经济效益。
the key of the design and produce of the huge precision controlling pit furnace for gas carburizing are precision controlling of the uniformity of temperature and carbon potential, on-line development controlling, heating distortion in furnace, running on the safe side for furnace .Aiming at the above contents we proceeded the development of the with research to manufacture, obtained with the actual production good experiment result with economic performance.
