中国解决国际争端大体上运用外交方法,而没有利用国际仲裁和国际法院去解决重大的国际争端。随着中国融入国际社会的程度进一步加深,中国可以根据实际情况有选择性的综合运用外交和法律方法解决与中国有关的重大国际争端。

This article has explained the attitude of our country to the principle of peaceful settlement of international disputes and the modes of settlement of serious international disputes in practices. It attempts to find out several understanding with regularity. On the whole, China uses diplomatic methods instead of international arbitration and the International Court to settle international disputes. As the degree that China incorporates the international community is strengthened further, China can have alternative comprehensive application of diplomatic methods and legal methods to settle the great international disputes related to China according to the actual conditions.
