摘要
国家的经济水平、政治体制和法律传统对专利制度改革具有显著影响。我国的专利制度改革应在改革绩效的即时评估、专利构成的结构优化以及改革支持机制的协调上着力。
The economic, level, the political system and the legal tradition of a country have remarkable influences on the system reformations of patent. Moreover the patent system reformations of our country should exert on the timely access of the reformation performance, the structure optimization of patent conformation and the harmony of the sustaining mechanism for reformation.
