覆铜板的翘曲分弓曲和扭曲,其检测方法有悬挂检测法与平放检测法,在CCL及PCB行业中,基本上都采用IPC-TM-650检测方法。
When warpage or twist happen in copperclad laminate, base on IPC-TM-650 test method we can “hang-up”and “lay-down” to find out the warp or twist value.
