摘要
晶闸管直流电动机调速系统在工业上应用十分广泛。晶闸管小功率直流电动机调速器可作为高校“半导体交流技术”课程的实验设备。主回路为单相桥式半控整流电路,由硅双向开关与晶体管电流源构成移相式触发电路、触发脉冲的控制角与输入的转速指令成线性关系,通过改变控制角与控制主回路的整流输出直流电压,从而实现对直流电动机的无级调速。控制电路引入电压负反馈环节,以提高系统的综合机械特性的硬度。电动机的额定功率为400W,最大600W,调速范围20:1.实用表明本调速器稳定可靠,也可作为小型机械的动力控制。
thyristor speed controller for low power DC motor is presented,which can be used as an experiment device for the 'Semiconductor current conversion technology' in college. The main circuit is the single-phase hybrid bridge with free-wheeling diode and the phase-shifting circuit is constructed of silicon hi-directional switch and transistor current source.The controlling angle is in direct proportion to the value of the speed control signal.The output DC voltage can be controlled by modefying the controlling angle and so the spaeds of the motor can be controlled constantly. A loop of voltage negative feedback is introduced to increase the hardness of the mechanism property. The capacity specified of the motor is 400W and its scope of speed controlled als 20: 1.
