Development in treatment of lichen sclerosus
摘要
硬化性苔藓(LS)是一种病因不明的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其治疗目的是缓解症状、减轻不适、阻止局部皮肤发生解剖学改变。目前外用强效糖皮质激素仍是临床上治疗LS的首选药物,外用免疫抑制剂、性激素、激光、冷冻等也有一定疗效,手术适用于有恶变的患者。
