摘要 A novel coordination polymer of [Mn(HIDC)(H2O)]n (HIDC2-=1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complexcrystallizes in orthorhombic with space group Pbca, a=0.72300(14) nm, b=1.3618(3) nm, c=1.4250(3) nm. V=1.4030(5) nm3, Z=8, R=0.0213 and wR=0.0592. Each manganese! atom is six-coordinated by four oxy- gen atoms and one nitrogen atoms from three different HIDC2- groups and one water molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination configuration. The manganese! atoms are bridged by the pentadentate HIDC2- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along ac plane. CCDC: 268454. The manganese(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the pentadentate HIDC^2- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along ac plane. CCDC: 268454.
