2-D超声心动图观察心尖部短轴收缩期钟向旋转的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨左室心尖部短轴收缩期钟向旋转与左、右冠状动脉病变的相关性及其临床价值。方法对30例经冠状动脉造影诊断为冠状动脉狭窄或闭塞的病例行2-D超声心动图心尖部短轴检查并与冠状动脉造影结果对照分析。结果(1)23例左冠状动脉病变者心尖部短轴收缩期有明显逆钟向旋转22例(22/23,95.65%)。(2)7例右冠状动脉病变者心尖部短轴有顺钟向旋转5例(5/7,71.43%)。结论左室心尖部短轴收缩期逆、顺钟向旋转与左、右冠状动脉病变的相关性良好,对冠心病的超声诊断具有一定的的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the correlation and clinical value between the rotation of left ventricle apical short axis rotatory moving in systole and the left or right coronary artery disease. Methods We examined 30 hatients with coronary artery stenosis or occlusion via 2 D echocardiography, the results were analysed and compared with those of coronary angiographyic study. Results ①22 of twenty three hatientx with left coronary artery disease had marked anticlockwise rotation (22/23, 95.65%) . (2) 5 of seven patients with right coronary arterry disease had marked clockwise rotation (5/7.71.43%) . Conclusions There was good correlation between the rotation of apical short axis in systole and the coronary artery disease, which had definite applicable value in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
