新鲜羊膜与保存羊膜移植治疗严重眼表疾病疗效比较 被引量:13

摘要 目的比较新鲜羊膜与保存羊膜移植治疗严重眼表疾病的效果。方法84例84眼随机分为新鲜羊膜移植组39眼与甘油保存羊膜移植组45眼,术后观察其临床疗效、并发症。结果角膜病中视力提高者新鲜组16眼、保存组18眼,无新生血管生长者新鲜组14眼、保存组16眼,羊膜早期溶解者新鲜组4眼和保存组7眼,分别进行统计学处理均无显著性差异(P>0.05),角膜、结膜上皮化愈合均在术后3~4周完成。随访3~10个月,所有病例均获稳定眼表。结论在眼表修复与重建过程中新鲜羊膜与保存羊膜的疗效、预后基本一致。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of fresh amniotic membrane and preserved amniotic membrane transplantation on serious ocular surface disorder. Methods The study was performed on 39 eyes with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation and 45 eyes with preserved amniotic membrane transplantation to observe the clinical effects and complication after operation. Results Sixteen eyes in the fresh and 18 eyes in the preserved group showed an improvement in visual acuity. Fourteen eyes in the fresh and 16 eyes in the preserved group had no corneal neovascularization. Lysis of amniotic membrane appeared in 4 eyes of the fresh group and 7 eyes of the preserved group. Above-mentioned results had no significant difference between group of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation and preserved amniotic membrane transplantation(P〉0.05). Cornea and conjunctivae have been epithelization in 3- 4 weeks.After operation 3- 10 months were followed up, all patients obtained stable ocular surface.Conclusion The carative effect and outcome on treating ocular surface disorder with fresh anmiotic membrane transplantation is the same as that with preserved amniotic membrane transplantation.
