聋哑儿童智商与社会适应能力的调查分析 被引量:23

摘要 目的探讨聋哑儿童的智力情况和社会适应能力。方法应用病例对照研究原则,对51名听力言语障碍儿童和53名正常儿童进行瑞文智商测验和社会适应性行为的评定。结果聋哑组儿童智商和社会适应能力均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),突出表现为运动、交往、参加集体活动和自我管理能力低下。结论应该重视和加强聋哑儿童的教育,对他们进行有针对性的社会适应性行为方面的训练,以提高其生存质量。 Objective To explore the difference of intelligence quotient(IQ) and ability of social adaptation between children with and without hearing - speech impairment. Methods In the present case - control study, 51 hearing - speech - impaired children and 53 normal children were investigated using Rui - Wen test and ability of social adaptation scale. Results IQ and ability of social adaptation in children with hearing - speech impairment were significantly lower than those in control group( P 〈 0. 01 ), which mainly manifested poor ability of locomotion, communication, socialization and self- direction. Conclusion The education and pertinent training in adaptive behavior for children with hearing- speech- impairement should be strengthened.
