MMP-9、MMP-2在非霍奇金淋巴瘤病理组织中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of MMP-9,MMP-2 proteins in the pathological tissues of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients

目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgk in's lymphom a,NHL)患者病理组织中MMP-9、MMP-2蛋白的表达及其相互关系,分析其临床及预后的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测了51例NHL、17例良性增生性淋巴结炎中MMP-2、MMP-9的蛋白表达。结果MMP-9、MMP-2蛋白在NHL和良性增生性淋巴结炎中均表达于胞浆,少见于胞核。MMP-9、MMP-2在NHL中的高表达阳性率分别为84.3%和64.7%,均高于良性增生性淋巴结炎的52.9%和54.3%(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期NHL患者的MMP-9、MMP-2蛋白的高表达阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);而MMP-9、MMP-2蛋白的表达与恶性程度、LDH水平、结外病变均无关(P>0.05)。NHL病理组织中MMP-9与MMP-2蛋白的表达呈正相关(rs=0.348,P<0.05)。结论MMP-9、MMP-2蛋白在NHL病理组织中均呈高表达,均与Ann Arbor临床分期有关,可能是预测NHL侵袭转移和预后的相关因素。

Objective To discuss the protein level of MMP - 9, MMP - 2 expression in the pathological tissue of NHL patients, and prognostic significance. Methods All 51 cases of non - Hodgking lymphoma patients, 17 cases of benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis patients were detected by Streptavidin - Peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results MMP -9 and MMP -2 proteins were mainly expressed on the cytoplasm and seldomly on necelus in both non - Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis. The high positive expression rate of MMP -9 and MMP -2 proteins in the non - Hodgking lymphoma showed 84.3% and 67.4% respectively, higher than that of the benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis （ 52.9% and 54.3% respectively ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The high positive expression rate of MMP -9 and MMP -2 proteins in the Ann Arbor stages of Non - Hodgking lymphoma showed： Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage higher than Ⅰ ,Ⅱ stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the high positive expression ratio of MMP - 9 and MMP - 2 proteins were not associated with malignant degree, extrolymphonodal infiltration, serum LDH, （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was a positive correlation with the expression MMP-9 and MMP-2 proteins in the non- Hodgking lymphoma（ rs= 0. 348 ,P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of MMP - 9 and MMP - 2 in the non - Hodgking lymphoma showed a high expression in the pathological tissues of NHL patients. The expression of MMP -9 and MMP -2 had a correlation with the Ann Arbor stages of non - Hodgking lymphoma. These two factors may be the significant factors which could predict the prognosis, invasion and metastasis of NHL.
