摘要 本文旨在探讨雷公藤对血管新生过程的作用,利用自行建立的小鼠皮肤由来的血管内皮细胞株F-2及其无血清培养亚株F-2c,观察了雷公藤对血管新生过程的影响。结果表明雷公藤能抑制F-2c与F-2游走与增殖,对管腔形成未见明显作用,可促进细胞外基质成份合成;抑制整合素活性,并能轻度提高钙依赖性粘连分子活性。由此提示雷公藤能通过多种机制调控血管新生过程,为临床治疗银屑病、类风湿、风湿等毛细血管异常增殖为特性的疾病提供科学依据。 In order to appoach the effects of tripterygium inilfordii(TW) on the angiogen-esis processes, Vascular endothelial cell lines F -- 2 and F - 2c which was the substrain adapting to the culture without serum were constructed to observe the effects of TW on the angiogenesis processes. The results showed that TW inhibited the migration and proliferation of F--2c and F- 2,had no affects on the tube - formation, promoted synthesis of the extracellular matrix-inhibited the activity of integrin. slightly promoted the activity of cadherin. All these suggested that TW could regulate the angiogenesis processes by many kinds of machainism,all these provided basis for that TW was applied to treat psoria sis .rheumatoid disease and cancer.etc.
