脑血管病后精神障碍临床研究

The clinical study on psychosis after cerebral vasular disease(CVD)

本文报告了53例脑血管病(CVD)后精神障碍的发生率以情感障碍为最高(41.51％),次为脑衰弱综合症(20.75％),再次为痴呆(16.98％),性格障碍(15.09％),而幻觉妄想(5.66％)者少见,本文还对各种精神障碍与病变部位、性质和范围大小的关系,与病程的关系,与神经功能缺损的关系进行了初步研究,总结了各型精神障碍的临床特点,并对其发病机理作了初步探讨。

This assay reported the clinical study .on psychosis after CVD in 53 patients. Its result showed that in the occurence rate on psychosis the disturbance of affect was first (41. 51%). the asthenic syndrome was second (20. 75%). the dementia was third (16. 98%), the disturbance of character was fourth(15. 09%), but the hallucination delusion was less be seen (5. 66%). In the assay the initial study was carried on the relation about all kinds of psychosis and disease place range, and disease course, and the relation of nervous fuction defect and summarized the clinical characteristic about everypsychosis and made an initial exploration on its disease mechanism.
