摘要
以二氧化钛为载体,采用化学共沉淀技术在其表面包覆SnO2和Sb2O3制备导电粉末。考察了各种制备因素对复合导电粉末性能的影响。结果表明当包覆体系的pH=1.5,n(TiO2)∶n(SnCl4)∶n(SbCl3)=54.0∶7.5∶1.0,水解温度为50.0℃、焙烧温度为700.0℃时得到的复合导电粉末电阻率最低,为76.14Ω.cm,复合导电粉末的粒径≤1.5μm。
Composite conductive powder was prepared by the chemical coprecipitation of SnO2 and Sb2O3 on TiO2 powder. The effects on the characterization of the conductive powder were studied in preparing process. The result showed that the powder's volumetric electric resistivity is 76.14Ω·cm and the size of conductive powder ≤1.5μm, when the molar ratio of TiO2, SnCl4 and SbCl3 is 54.0 : 7.5 : 1.0, pH value of hydrolysis solution is 1.5,hydrolysis temperature is 50.0 ℃ and calcinations temperature is 700.0 ℃ .
