摘要
研究了在三维激光切割过程中,激光束姿态(“切割倾角”和“切割方向”)对切割质量的影响。结果表明,当激光束偏离重力方向达45°时,保证切割质量合格的工艺参量范围将发生变化:三维上坡切割的范围略大于二维切割,而三维下坡切割的范围则明显小于二维切割。指出了在三维切割中,应尽量采用上坡切割方式,在必须采用下坡切割方式的时候应控制其最高切割速度小于二维切割的速度。
The effect of laser beam attitude, including cutting obliquity and cutting direction, on 3D laser cutting quality is investigated. The experiment shows that the range of processing parameters to qualify the cutting is affected by the beam attitude: the range of 3D upward cutting is slightly wider than that of 2D, and the range of 3D downward cutting is sharply narrower than that of 2D cutting. Therefore, upward cutting should be preferred in 3D laser cutting; if downward cutting has to be adopted, the maximal cutting speed should be lower than that of 2D cutting.
