摘要
战略关系的把握,对于私营中小企业竞争优势构建有很大的意义,西方经典战略管理理论需要进行中国管理情境的修订。通过战略关系这一独特的视角及其相应的竞争行为,私营中小企业可以更有效地构建本企业的竞争优势。我们在尝试揭示资源匹配搜索过程、建立战略关系过程中的动态属性的基础上,提出了私营中小企业在构建战略关系过程中可采用的4种竞争行为模式。
Handling strategic guanxi is very important for Chinese small and medium private enterprises (SMPEs) to construct their advantages. Western mainstream strategic theories need to be adjusted in the Chinese context. This paper attempts to man ifest the searching course of resource matching and the dynamic attribute in the course of constructing strategic guanxi and proposes four competitive behavior modes which SMPEs can adopt in the course of constructing strategic guanxi.
