中药综合治疗外阴白色病变56例的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treating 56 Cases of Vulvar white lesion by TCM combined Therapies

目的:探讨中药综合治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:采用以辨证论治为主,内服中药结合外洗、外搽中药的方法综合治疗外阴白色病变患者56例。结果:56例治疗3个疗程后,痊愈20例,显效23例,好转13例,总有效率100%。结论:中药综合措施,标本兼治治疗外阴白色病变疗效明显。

Objective： To study clinical effect of combined therapy of TCM on Vulvar white lesion, Methods ： 56 cases were treated with the decoction based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs and combined with external apphcation for 3 courses. Results： Out of the 56 cases, 20 were recovered, 23 with obvious effect, and 13 improved. The total effective rate is 100%. Conclusions： It has a good effect in treating Vulvar white lesion with combined therapy of TCM
