基于局部变权综合评价法的电网企业信息化评价研究

Information-based evaluation based on local variable weight comprehensive evaluation method for grid corporation

在对目前电网企业信息化的各个方面分析的基础上,提出构建电网企业信息化水平评价指标体系的原则并对设计的指标体系做简要的说明。进而针对该指标体系提出一种考虑被评价对象特点的局部变权综合评价法,该方法克服了以往综合评价法对于权重变量指定后无法变化的缺点,最后经举例证明该方法在电网企业信息化水平综合评价中的可行性,并获得较好的评价效果。

The principles of information-based evaluation index system for grid corporation are suggested based on the analysis of the present situations of grid corporation informationization. The suggested index system is designed and explained. The properties of evaluated object are considered. Compared with the former evaluation methods, the defect of weight variable can not to be changed is overcome, The instance study indicates that the suggested method is feasible.
