摘要
利用晶体中弹性波的微分方程,求解出慢度曲面极大值的方向,从而确定其软模及偏振态,根据居里原理来确定晶体铁弹相变前后结构对称性。可根据弹性系数随温度的变化规律找出相变温度。得到的结果与实验相吻合。
Based on the differential equations of crystal elastis waves, the soft model and polarization state are determined by solving the maximum direction of the slowness-curved face. The fabric symmetry of the ferroelastic phase transition of the cubic crystal is determined base on the Couier principle. The phase transition temperature can be obtained according to the rule of elastic indexed with the variation of temperature. The experimental results coincides with the experimental results.
