摘要
研究了中国石油锦州石化公司以环烷酸钕和新癸酸钕催化体系生产的3种稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)的生胶,混炼胶,硫化胶的冷流、应力-应变、混炼、生热、抗湿滑以及黏弹性等,并与镍系顺丁橡胶(NiBR)进行了对比。结果表明,NdBR不仅混炼行为优于NiBR,而且硫化胶的强伸性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力等都优于后者。用新癸酸钕催化体系所得NdBR的各项性能优于用环烷酸钕体系者。
The cold flow, stress-strain, mixing behavior, heat build-up, wet skid resistance and viscoelastic properties of three kinds of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber( NdBR ) polymerized respectively with neodymium naphthenate or neodymium caprate catalyst systems made by Jinzhou Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were studied. The properties of NdBR were compared with those of NiBR. The results showed that not only the mixing behavior of NdBR was better than that of NiBR, but also themechanical properties, wet skid resistance, rolling resistance etc, were better than the later. The properties of NdBR polymerized with neodymium caprate catalyst system were superior to those of NdBR polymerized with neodymium naphthenate catalyst system.
