输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石82例

Treatment of ureter stones with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy:A report of 82 cases

目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾分析82例输尿管结石行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗的临床资料。结果:78例输尿管结石1次碎石成功;3例因输尿管口狭窄置镜失败,1例因结石处输尿管扭曲伴息肉形成无法窥见结石,此4例均改为开放手术成功取石。1例发生输尿管穿孔,置双“J”管1.5个月后拔出,3个月后静脉肾盂造影检查无输尿管狭窄。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石,具有安全、损伤小及碎石、排石成功率高等优点,是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法之一。

Objective：To evaluate ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral stones. Methods：Eighty-two cases of ureteral stones were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotfipsy. Results：Seventy-eight cases were successfully cured one time by this method,3 cases failed owing to the stenosis of the ureter and 1 case was halted due to the tortuosity of ureter complicated with polypus in the stones area. These 4 cases resorted to surgical operation. Ureteral small perforation occurred in 1 case and was managed with Double-J which was taken out after 1.5 months. Three months later no stenosis ureter was observed by IVP. Conclusions： Treatment of ureteral stones with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotfiptor is a safe and effective method with few complications and a high successful rate.
