摘要
当前德育的实效性存在问题,一个重要的原因是教育方法本身缺少“德性”。弘扬儒家“反求诸己”教育方法有助于德育工作的改善。儒家认为,道德教育首先是对教育者的要求,教育必须首先反思教育者自己,这种真正具有“德性”意义的教育方法,对于改善当前因方法造成的德育困境具有重要的现实意义。
The inefficiency of today's moral education has one cause traced back to the lack of “morality” of the education method while the “self - example education” of Confucianism will help improve our moral education. Confucianism holds that moral education begins with the educators themselves, which is a method with its real significance of“morality” and is helpful to improve the existing embarrassment of our moral education.
