摘要
企业的人员投入有别于人力资本投资,其投入超过生产要素最佳配置点后边际收益递减。在技术水平和其他要素的投入不变的情况下,边际收益是先递增后递减。企业人员投入边际收益递减的原因是随着人员投入的增加,要素配合越来越不合理,人际关系越来越紧张,员工之间制造出来的事情也越来越多。企业可以通过合理确定人员雇佣数量,保持最佳技术系数不变,改进生产技术,改善生产管理,实施针对性的员工培训,开展工作分析等措施消除边际收益递减规律的不良影响,实现人员的优化配置。
The involvement of employees is different from manpower investment and there is a progressive decrease law of marginal income. With the technological and other key elements remaining the same, their marginal income is increasing first and then decreasing gradually. This results from the involvement of more manpower, irrational distribution of the key elements, a worsening interpersonal relationship and more troubles from the employees. The solutions include a rational number of employees, the optimal technological coefficient, the improvement of production and management, a suitable training of the employees and a correct work assessment, which will help eradicate the negative effects and realize the optimal arrangement of the employees.
