摘要
本文通过介绍数据仓库技术的基本概念以及对其核心构架的系统分析,提出了一种实用化的银行客户关系管理系统的构架,并结合这种构架,对其功能、数据资源挖掘利用以及实施过程中的关键问题进行了分析。从而为商业银行规划客户关系管理系统,进一步拓展业务、稳定客户、提高客户满意度提供了一种应用解决方案。
This text passes to introduce the technical and basic concept in warehouse in data, and as to it's the system of the core frame analyzes, putting forward a kind of practical the bank that turn the customer the frame of the relation management system, combining combinative this kind of frame, as to it's the function, data resources scoop out the exploitation and puts into practice the key in the process problem proceeded the analysis. The customer relation ship management system for the commercial bank ,further expands the business ,stabilize the customer and increases customer's approval provided a kind of applied solution.
