本文描述了实时传输协议(RTP)和实时传输控制协议(RTCP)的原理,它们用在单播或多播网络上传输多媒体实时数据。本文也分析了该协议在自适应传输和视频监控系统中的应用和具体实现。
This paper describes the principle of RTP/RTCP, the real-time transport protocol and its control protocol, which used in multi- cast or unicast network transmitting multi-media data, analyses the adaptive transportation of multimedia streaming and shows how to realize it in Video-Monitoring System.
