间断和持续肝缺血再灌注后线粒体功能的改变 被引量:2

摘要 本实验观察间断性和持续性肝缺血再灌注后大鼠肝线粒体功能的改变,井将其予以比较。结果表明,持续性肝缺血再灌注后大鼠肝线粒体呼吸控制比率、磷氧比值和氧化磷酸化效率均显著降低。间断性缺血再灌注后上述参数无明显异常改变。提示间断性肝缺血有利于防护线粒体合格的功能。 All rats were divided into 3 groups.Group A-the inflow vessels to liver were clamped for 60 min,followed by 1 h reperfusion.Group B-the inflow vessels to liver were clamped for 16 min and released for 6 min,this procedure was repeated 2 times in succession,then reperfusion 1 h. Group C-sham operation.Mitochondrial functions of liver were observed and compared. Results of this study indicated that resiratory control ratio(RCR),ratio of P/O and oxidative phosphorylation rate(OPR)were significantly declined in group A.They,however,were normal after discontinuous ischemia-reperfusion.It is suggested that discontinuous ischemia of liver is beneficial to mitochondrial functions.
