摘要
体育仲裁由于具有专业性、自律性、中立性等特点,已成为解决体育纠纷最有效的方式之一。美国作为世界职业体育运动高度发达的国家,经过多年的发展与积累,已建立了较为健全的体育仲裁制度,为其竞技体育的健康、良性发展奠定了扎实的基础。在我国,随着体育纠纷的日益增多与北京2008奥运会的日益临近,建立和完善体育仲裁制度,运用法律手段解决纠纷已迫在眉睫。
The sport＇s arbitration has become an effective way to settle the sports dispute because of its specialty, autonomic roles and neutrality. As one of the most ceveloped countries of the professional sports. America has built a set of perfect issues and 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, it is an urgent task to set up sport＇s arbitration. In this artcle the author provide some advice on how to build the sport＇s arbitration system in China by analyzing the American mediatory system, mediatory procedure and judicatory procedure.
