摘要
目的研究脉康合剂对大鼠血液流变性、血小板集聚、血栓形成和凝血时间的影响。方法用肾上腺素加冰水刺激制备“血瘀”模型,检测主要血液流变学指标;以ADP为诱导剂,观察其对正常大鼠体内血小板聚集的作用;采用导管插入法测定血栓形成的重量;采用玻片法和毛细管法,观察其对大鼠凝血时间的影响。结果与空白对照组相比,脉康合剂0.5、1.0g·kg-1组全血黏度高切和低切均有显著性降低(P<0.01);脉康合剂0.5g·kg-1组可抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集率(P<0.05);脉康合剂0.25、0.5、1.0g·kg-13个剂量组均可明显减轻血栓湿重(P<0.01);脉康合剂0.5、1.0g·kg-1组凝血时间显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论脉康合剂能明显改善血液流变性,抑制血小板聚集率,抑制血栓形成,具有良好的活血化瘀作用。
Aim To investigate the effect of Maikang composition on hemorrheology, platelet aggregation, experimental thrombosis, and the chottingtime in rats. Methods The “blood - stasis”rat was prepared by adrenaline and ice water, and the main hemorheological indexes were detected. The effect of Maikang composition on platelet aggregation induced by ADP was observed. The weight of thrombus was measured by inserting a tube. The chotting - time was observed in rats. Results Compared with the control group,the specific viscosity of whole blood was significantly lowered( P 〈 0.01) ,the platelete aggregation in rats induced by ADP was greatly inhibited( P 〈0.05) ,the weight of thrombus in vitro was decreased ( P 〈0.01)and the decurtale chotting- time of rats was markedly increased( P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Maikang composition could significantly lower specific viscosity of whole blood, inhibit the platelete aggregation in rats induced by ADP,markedly inhibit dry weight of thrombus in vitro and decurtale chotting- time of rats,and activate blood as well as eliminate stasis.
