HPLC法测定复方功劳木软胶囊中盐酸巴马汀的含量

Determination of Palmatine Hydrochloride in Compund Gonglaomu soft Capsule by HPLC

目的建立测定复方功劳木软胶囊中盐酸巴马汀的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法采用SHIMADZUVPODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3)(30∶70),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长265nm,柱温40℃,进样量10μl。结果盐酸巴马汀的线性范围为0.0524～0.2620μg,r=0.9998。平均回收率为101.23%,RSD为2.90%。结论本法分离度好,快速、简便,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Aim To establish a method detennining of palmatine hydrochloride in Compund C, onglaomu soft Capsule. Methods HPLC was used for quantitative ananlysis. The SHIMADZU VP-ODS （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used, and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.05mol·L^-1 NaH2P04 （adjust pH to 3 with H3P04）（30：70）. Detection wavelength was at 265nm,the flow rate 1.0ml/min,column temperature at 40℃ and the injection volume was 101A. Results The linear response of palmatine hydrochloride ranged from 0.052 4 to 0. 262 0μg （ r = 0. 999 8）. The averagy recovery of astragaloside A was 101.23 % and RSD was 2.90%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of the palmatine hydrochloride in compound preparations.
