The implements of LNG-item offer chances for developing NG——fueled generation that is the key to actualize LNG-item successfully at the same time. From the legal perspective into NG——fueled generation under LNG-item, there existent many problems, namely how to insure the competition between natural gas and coal; how to sustain firmly NG——fueled generation; how to increase the anticipation of electricity reform so as to ensure that the gas-supply party has power to make a price and how to harmonize the competition between NG——fueled generation item and other power supply plants expanding items. The article advances corresponding legal countermeasures, such as enforcing the statute on environmental protection, adopting the policies and concrete measures of promoting NG——fueled generation, exerting timely the function of the principal of market competition.
