摘要
竹原纤维是一种新型的纺织材料,在生产和使用过程中,经常会受到湿、热条件的作用。文章对竹原纱线在湿态下的力学性能进行了测试分析,得出其标准状态和湿态下力学性能的变化规律;通过对竹原纱线在不同温度条件下强伸性能的测试分析,得到断裂强度和断裂伸长随温度的变化曲线。可为竹原纤维制品的纺织染整生产及日常使用提供理论指导。
The natural bamboo fiber is a kind of new textile material. During the producing and using process, it is often treated in hygrometric state and different temperature state. By testing the mechanical property in hygrometric state, the change of mechanical property is found. By testing the tenacity-elongation property in different temperature states,the change of the tenacity and elongation with the temperature is also found .The purpose of the study is to provide the theoretical guide for the processes of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing and daily usage and care.
