摘要
目的寻找一个简便快速效果好的幽门螺杆菌检查方法。方法对150例胃粘膜活检组织切片进行亚甲蓝染色并与尿素酶试验,细菌培养,Warthin-Starry 银染色法及 HE 染色法进行对比。结果亚甲蓝染色法简便,快速,细菌与背景组织对比良好。
AIMS To search for a plain and prompt method in detection of Helicobacter pylori. METHODS Methylene blue stain of the biopsy tissues of 150 gastric mucosa was performed and compared with the urea enzyme test,culture of bacteria, Warthin-starry Ag-stain and HE stain. RESULTS Methylene blue stain was a plain and prompt method,with a better contrast of bacteria and back-ground tissues.
