摘要
标准件是工程设计中重复使用最多的,为提高生产效率,使用CAA在VC6.0的开发环境下对CATIA标准件库进行开发研究,并初步建立了一个基于CATIA的三维标准件库框架。本系统采用ADO管理数据库数据,采用Access数据文件存储方式,提高了数据可操作性,降低了数据冗余度。它由程序读取数据库数据,建立模型,异于以往的参数化驱动建模方式。它解决了标准件的重复造型工作,提高了生产效率,而且其开发方法对后期设计有借鉴意义。
The requirement for CAD software is higher and higher when it is widely applied in engineering. In the environment of Visual C + +, we use CAA to study the developing of 3D standard -part library, and have established a frame first. It enhances the maneuverability and reduces the redundancy of data that it uses ADO to manage the database and Access file to keep data. This system , it reads data directly from data file and builds the 3D model on the instant. It is different from systems before parameter - drived. It have resolved the repetitive work of standard part's modeling and have improved efficiency of production , which exploitation method will be significance in coming research.
