摘要
简述了大功率电动机故障产生原因、诊断方法。文中将由电器元件构成的传统保护电路与由电子元件构成的保护电路进行了比较,详细地介绍了所设计的多功能电子保护电路的电路结构,工作原理,保护功能和特点以及存在问题。电路主要由集成件构成,工作可靠,灵敏度高,可以在电动机自动控制系统的设计中作为单元电路参考应用。
This paper introduced briefly the cause of disturbance, diagonal method of multi - functional protecting circuit for large - power motors. The traditional protecting circuit composed of electronic magnetic components and the protecting circuit composed of electronic components are compared in the article and the paper states mainly circuit structure, basic working principle and protecting function of the multi - functional protecting circuit. It describes characters and existing problems of the multi - functional protecting circuit, too. The multi - functional protecting circuits which is consist of integrated circuits is reliable and sensitivitily and may be used as a unit circuit in designing automation control system of motors.
