入世后中国应对反倾销策略研究

Research on countermeasures against anti-dumping after China's Entry into WTO

中国入世后频繁遭遇的反倾销,使我国的企业和外贸出口遭受巨额损失。为了深度挖掘反倾销的真正原因,从根源上杜绝反倾销,保护对外贸易的正常发展,分析了我国遭遇反倾销的内因和外因,指出只有政府、行业协会和企业三方面协同发挥作用,尤其是政府和企业层面,要做许多细致、到位的工作,才能减少和消除反倾销。

After China＇s entry into the World Trade Organization, our enterprises have encountered frequent anti-dumping cases with big losses. To control anti-dumping effectively and protect normal development of foreign trade, deep-seated reasons should be found out. The internal and external causes for antidumping are analyzed in the paper. It is concluded that only when government, industrial association and enterprises cooperate with each other with the focus on fundamental work of government and enterprises, anti-dumping cases can be decreased and avoided.
