摘要
为了对企业联盟及联盟伙伴进行分析,首先对联盟动因及成功标准进行了辨析,然后对战略联盟伙伴的市场分析和资源分析进行重点研究,最后提出了有关战略联盟伙伴选择的框架。
In order to analyze the enterprise alliance and its members, the motivation of alliance and criterion of success are analyzed first. Then the market and resource analysis to strategic alliance member is emphatically researched. Finally, the relevant frame on how to select strategic alliance member is suggested.
