我国中小企业融资难的原因和对策

Cause and countermeasure for the financing difficulty of small and medium enterprises

中小企业在促进经济增长、就业增长和增加农民收入中发挥着重要作用。但是中小企业融资难的问题却一直严重阻碍了其快速发展。问题的产生既有存在于中小企业自身的内部因素,又有金融机构、制度等一系列的外部因素。应采取深化中小企业改革、降低中小企业融资成本、发展中小金融机构以及建立二板市场等措施加以解决。

Small and medium enterprises are palying an important role in economic growth, employment and increasement of peasant＇ s earnings. But the key factor restricting their own development is the financing difficulty. The problem lies in both internal factors and external factors such as financial organizations and system. Countermeasures to the financing difficult are proposed in this paper.
