摘要
采用乳化液膜分离技术处理造纸工业废水,研究了表面活性剂用量、乳水比(Rew)、油内比(Roi)、载体用量、搅拌速率及处理时间等对COD去除率和透光度的影响,得出了最佳实验条件:表面活性剂3%,膜增强剂(液体石蜡) 5%,载体(正三辛胺)4%,乳水比1:10,油内比1:1,制乳时搅拌速度2 300 r.min-1,处理时搅拌速度200r·min-1,处理时间为15min。在此条件下,造纸废水的COD去除率可达85%以上,色度去除率达98%以上.具有较大的推广应用价值。
The application progress of liquid membrane separation technology on papermaking industry wastewater treatment is discussed; The conditions of preparing steady membranes and the effects of different experimental factors(such as surfactant concentration, the inner solution, membrane strengthening reagent, stirring speed, carrier dosage, stirring time, Rew, Roi) are studied. The optimal experimental condition is obtained. The results show: the papermaking industry wastewater is treated by liquid membrane technology, its COD removal rate is about 85%, color removal rate can reach 98%, so it has a good efficient and the oil phase can be reused. Papermaking wastewater treatment by emulsion membrane has both economic and environment advantages.
