摘要
针对洗浆过程的机理复杂、大时滞、数学模型难以建立的特点,该文设计了一种二输入二输出的真空洗浆机模糊控制器。控制器以浆池液位和纸浆浓度为其输入,以洗涤水流量和转鼓的转速为其输出,结合现场操作经验设计模糊控制规律。实际应用表明,用该控制器控制洗浆过程可以得到比常规手动控制更好的洗净度和稳定的黑液浓度,并且还能够节约洗涤水用量。
This paper designs a fuzzy controller, 2 inputs and 2 outputs, in order to resolve pulp washing process mechanism complicated, large time delay and model hard to set up. Washer level and consistency of pulp regard input. Water inlet flow and rotate speed of drum regard output. Fuzzy control rules are designed according to operate experiences. The practical running results show that it can get better pulp washing quality and steady consistency of first stage black liquor than routine manual control.
