摘要
红外水分传感器用于测量薄型材料如纸张的含水量,其原理是利用水分对红外光谱中不同波光的光吸收率不同而设计的,检测中要用到检测光束(易被水分吸收)和参考光束(不易被水分吸收)。传统的水分传感器由于采用的是斩光盘机制,造成了检测光束和参考光束不是来源于同一检测点,因此造成了测量误差。
Infrared moisture sensor is used for measuring moisture content of thin material such as paper. It is designed based on different absorptivity that water absorbs different wavelength in infrared spectrum, measure wavelength which is absorbed easily by water and reference wavelength which is absorbed little by water should be used, modulated turntable is adopted in traditional moisture sensor, measure wavelength and reference wavelength come from different point, and errors are brought.
