摘要
在CDMA系统中，邻区列表既决定了手机对信号搜索的优先级和方向，也将决定网络侧是否允许手机向此信号切换。由于CDMA网络是一个同频的自干扰系统，如果邻区列表不合理，错漏邻区将会导致干扰增大，系统的容量和覆盖能力下降。现实网络邻区列表庞大而复杂，一个好的优化方法对于邻区列表的优化有很好的辅助作用。
In the CDMA system, neighbor list not only determinates mobile telephone signal search as well as handoff direction in the system ,but also determinats whether the system allaws mobile telephone switch to the signal or not. Missing or wrong priority of neighbor list will decreases CDMA system＇s capacity and coverage, for CDMA is a self-interference system. Neighbor list in real network is enormous and complex, A good optimization method for neitgbor list can produce very good assistant functicn. This paper introduces a good neighbor list optimization method.
