摘要
对一组因正极极耳腐蚀、断裂的失效铅蓄电池进行了失效机理和故障现象的研究。结果表明,带电解液搁置的铅蓄电池会因正极极耳的原电池电化学反应而发生腐蚀和断裂,严重影响电池的循环寿命。发现铅蓄电池的正极极耳发生严重腐蚀或断裂时,会出现充电时电压偏高、电解液密度偏低,放电时正极极柱发热、容量很低和电池内阻明显偏高等现象。
The reason for the failure of a set of flooded lead acid batteries which worked in the manner of charging and discharging and were usually laid aside was studied. The results showed that the cycle life of the flooded lead acid batteries was shortened by the electrochemistry reaction of cell in the positive lugs when the batteries were laid aside. When the positive lugs of lead acid battery were badly corroded or broken, the phenomena of high charging voltage, low electrolyte density, hot anode terminal, low discharging capacity, and high internal resistance were found.
