摘要
公民馆是战后日本社会教育的重要设施,它不仅是日本居民参加社区活动的主要场所,同时也是日本国民为提高自身文化素养及精神教养而展开自主学习及自由学习的重要课堂。战后日本社会教育理念的形成、发展及丰富,都与公民馆的发展、深化及一系列实践改革的活动有关。尤其是进入21世纪,日本社会正处在创建一个未来理想的“学习社会”之际,公民馆的存在与发展,无疑为日本早日实现这一理想奠定了坚实可靠的基础。
As the important social educational facility in Japan after the Second World War, the Citizen Center was not only the main place for Japanese people to parti.cipate in the community activities, but the important classroom for them to improve their cultural and spiritual quality and carry out the autonomous learning and free learning. After the war the formation, development and enrichness of Japanese social educational ideas are closely related to the development, deepening and a series of practical reforms of the Citizen Center. Especially in the 21^st century when the Japanese society is building an ideal learning - typed society, the existence and development of the Citizen Center has undoubtedly laid a solid and reliable foundation for the realization of the ideal earlier.
