番茄组织培养及其农杆菌介导类胡萝卜素合成酶基因LvcB的遗传转化 被引量:6

摘要 LycB(番茄红素β-环化酶)基因是类胡萝卜素生物合成过程中关键酶之一,位于合成代谢的重要分枝点上,直接影响β胡萝卜素的合成。通过农杆菌介导法,利用LycB基因转化重要果菜两用作物——番茄。经PCR及PCR-Southem分子检测证明,目的基因LycB已整合进番茄基因组中。
