摘要 为了解学生对临床教师课堂教学质量评价是否具有客观性,本文采取随机抽样的方法调查并收集新疆医科大学附属中医院2004-2005学年度两学期教学管理人员和不同年级学生对44位临床教师课堂教学质量评价的有关数据,并进行分析,发现学生对教师的评价具有一定客观性和准确性,由此认为如能认真设计好评价指标并控制好评价过程,学生对临床教师课堂教学质量的评价将可作为教学督导和教学质量控制的有效参考依据。 In order to find out whether students have objectivity to the clinical teachers' classroom instruction quality evaluation, this paper, at random, investigates the teaching administrative staff and students of different grades in the Affliated Traditional Medical College, Xinjiang Medical University,collects some relevant data and makes a detailed analysis,and concludes that students' appraisal of the teachers shows certain objectivity and accuracy, Therefore, it can be believed that if evaluation indexes are well designed with the process well controlled, students' classroom instruction quality evaluation can be considered as an effective reference basis of teaching supervision and teaching quality control for the clinical teachers' classroom instruction.
