教师专业发展取向的观课活动分析

The practice and analysis of classroom observation based on teacher's academic interest

摘要 教研室进行了基于教师专业发展取向的同事互助观课活动,内容包括观课前准备,观课过程和观课后讨论三个阶段,观课活动的效果通过分析听课学生及观课教师的问卷调查方式获得。结果显示,参加观课活动的所有教师在教学方法、教学艺术、资源利用、调动学生积极性、协调课堂运作及教学效果等方面均有不同程度改善。 On the basis of their academic interest, six teachers of the Department of Physiology observed on each other' s theoretical and experimental physiology classes for five-year medical students. The observations were preceded by preparatory activities, followed by the observation process itself and ended with a discussion after observation process. Questionnaires were given out to the teachers and students involved. The restdts indicated that the mutual classroom observations contributed much to the improvement of the new teachers' basic teaching skills and benefited all the teachers involved in their teaching methods, teaching skills, use of teaching materials, stinmlating the students motivation and the overall improvement of teachers' performance. The above mutual classroom observation process can be considered as a fibrin of a teacher inservice training, it is therefore recommended that both colleges and departments facilitate this activity in the future.
