Classroom teaching is the central link of instruction. The effectiveness of classroom teaching lies in teachers＇ handling the contradiction between teaching and learning, which teachers should constantly and deeply probe into. The author, through concrete examples, enumerates a few difficult points in teaching, and puts forward some possible solutions so as to eliminate teaching-learning contradictions for the improvement of the biochemistry teaching quality.
