摘要
文章介绍了牛奶蛋白复合纤维的物理性能,并对其耐日光性、热稳定性、耐酸碱性、染色性等应用性能进行了研究,为产品开发奠定了理论基础。根据该纤维的特性,制定了牛奶蛋白复合纤维与其它纺织纤维混纺的生产工艺技术路线。为了最优化地体现牛奶蛋白复合纤维柔软亲肤的穿着舒适性、抗菌防蛀的穿着服用性以及真丝般的自然光泽,开发了高档的毛纺针织休闲装产品和机织轻薄衬衫面料。产品经测试,服用性能指标全部合格。
The article introduces the physical properties of casein protein fiber. The application performances of its sunlight-proof, acid-resistance, alkaliresistance and dyeing performance are researched. The technological route is worked out for blended yarns of casein protein fiber with other textile fiber. The woven and knitted fabrics for wool leisure garment have been produced with various wearing performances.
