Analyzing of weft-broken and its resolvent of rapier loom

在织造过程中,纬纱断头的原因较复杂,断纬率直接影响到织机的生产效率。文章对纬纱断头原因作了细致的分析,认为机械性故障是造成纬纱断头的主要原因之一,同时对机械性故障造成的纬纱断头现象进行了深入探讨,根据纬纱断头时不同的状态来判断剑杆织机机械故障的原因,并提出了排除故障的方法。对生产中如何降低断纬率,提高剑杆织机的生产效率有较好地参考价值。

The reason which can cause weft-broken is complicated during the weaving. The rate of weft-broken can directly effect on production efficiency. In this paper it analyzed the reason of weft-broken in detail and found that one of the main causes of weft-broken was mechanical malfunction. It also further discussed the weft-broken reasons caused by mechanical malfunction. The reasons can judge by different weft-broken performs, then be resolved. The method which was mentioned in this paper can preferably reduce the rate of weft-broken and improve production efficiency of rapier loom.
