摘要
蜜蜂小盾片的色度在蜜蜂形态研究中已经成为一个重要指标。本研究以太行山区中华蜜蜂为素材,共取样8群,对120只蜜蜂的小盾片颜色进行了观察与鉴定,发现河北太行山区中华蜜蜂小盾片的色型丰富,Sc区及K区分别达10种之多,而B区也达8种,其中Sc区以土黄底色中大黑三角斑型为主,K区以土黄及黑相间为主,而B区以黑底中棕斑居多。与西方蜜蜂小盾片的色型有很大区别。本研究有利于建立中华蜜蜂亚种的鉴定体系。
Scutellumo Pigment of honeybee is an important character in morphological reseach .This reseach was based on 8 colonies Apis cerena 120samples of Taihang mountain,we observed the scutellumo pigment and found that there are much more than ten coulour types of Sc area and K area, eight types of B area seperatly of Apis cerana in Taihang montains.The main coulor type of Sc area is the big black tri-angle with yello-brown grounding, K area is yello-brown alternate with black ,B area is brown with black grounding .They are different from the Scutellumo Pigment of the Apis mellifera ＇s.This reseach will be benefit to establish the evaluation system of Apis cerana subspecies.
